In fact, I have always been interested in comprehending the wants and the underlying needs of my clients. I do enjoy working in ambiguous business setups and deploying an empathetic and co-creative design processes acting as a facilitator within diversified and interdisciplinary team constellations.

In my daily practice, I am consulting international clients and partners on the topic of "Future of Work" and "New Ways of Working" accompanying them on their organisational transformation journey through leveraging the implications of spatial design and the impact of organisational culture.

I apply innovation methods and culture tools to identify, assess, synthesise and measure  the respective conditions and to provide strategic concepts and relevant approaches for decision-makers.

"Good Design is Good Business"

Thomas J. Watson, USA

In times of disruptions and uncertainty, organisations require us to be working closer, becoming more diverse and interdisciplinary in order to accomplish complex business objectives....but this is often ambiguous and challenging due to various reasons.

An integrated Design Strategy approach put those contradictions into new perspectives. Therefore, I believe that design strategy, business processes, the capability to share knowledge and the consideration of cultural aspects shall be inclusive rather than exclusive.

“Simply put, Design Management is the business side of Design”

Hofstede Insights

In context of corporate transformations and changes, Culture as well as Design are intuitively abstract assets that are often regarded and labeled as "features and appendix" in the discourse of a strategic and decision-making conversation.

My personal ambition is to elevate the "Value of Culture and Design" by fostering the respective awareness that through leveraging effective tools and systematic frameworks, these subjects will be accessible and gain a strategic positioning in governance conversations.
